What do I do if I get a blank white screen when trying to login?

If the web address contains the word "dashboard" the issue is an expired session cookie the web browser should have deleted after your last login. Clearing the cookies for will allow you to login normally. A PDF with instructions to delete cookies in chrome can be downloaded.
